We are now hiring at Grizzly’s!
Grizzly’s is a brand new style of Takeaway with a wide range of people’s favourite foods all in one place. We are located just five minutes from Liffey Valley and currently have vacancies for Chefs, Chef Assistants, Pizza Chefs and Deli Assistants.
Our mission at Grizzly’s is to offer good quality, great tasting food for good value for money. As part of the Grizzly’s Team, you will be required to provide our customers with a fast and friendly service while selling our products. Whether you are our Chef or our Deli Counter Assistant, you play an important role in our business and must be passionate about the food that we provide to achieve full customer satisfaction.
The successful candidates should not only have a hard working, positive attitude to their work but should also be capable of showing initiative in their work on a day-to-day basis.

Chef Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will;
• Be fully HACCP trained
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be fluent in English
• Be flexible and able to work as part of a team and individually
• Be required to work under pressure
• Be able to follow pre-determined recipe cards
• Be organised, has excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Chef Assistant Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will;
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Work as part of a team
• Be able to follow instructions
• Have HACCP Certification if successful in application
• Assist the Chef with the overall running of the kitchen and in the monitoring of HACCP procedures, food quality & hygiene standards
• Occasionally take over Chef responsibilities
• Have previous experience
Pizza Chef Requirements
The ideal candidate will;
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Be HACCP trained
• Have knowledge of dough making
• Have a good attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be fluent in English
Deli Assistant Requirements
The ideal candidate will;
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Be HACCP trained
• Have good attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be fluent in English
• Be well presented and possess great interpersonal skills
• Provide a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service.
• Be hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
