Our Manual Handling Course is designed to instruct employees in the theory and practice of safe manual handling. We provide training for individuals in Dublin City Centre and offer more flexible solutions for organized groups by delivering courses at your location.
Course Content: Legislation | Anatomy | Bio-mechanics | Ergonomic Principles and Risk Assessment | Mechanical Equipment | Back Care in everyday life | Fitness and Flexibility | Principles of safe moving | Assessment | Duration: 3 hours | Course participants should wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. On successful completion of the course participants will be awarded a Manaul Handling Certificate which is valid for 3 years. All our Trainers are Qualified QQI Fetac Level 6 Manual Handling Instructors. |
