Companies can be incorporated and registered in various forms and F&M Accountants Dublin can advise you on which type of company best suits your requirements. The majority of companies registered in Ireland are private companies limited by share capital and, of those, most are small with only one or two members.
All private companies limited by share capital must have:
- A minimum of two directors (at least one must be an E.E.A. resident)
- A minimum of one secretary
- A minimum of one shareholder
- A registered office
On registering the company with the Companies Registration Office, we provide the client with our New Company Pack, which include bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share Certificates, Certificate of Incorporation and Company Seal.
We advise the client of what is required of them to open a Bank Account in the company's name.
After forming the company, We can also assist with registering the company for VAT, PAYE/PRSI and Corporation Tax with the Revenue Commissioners.
