As reported by the City department of Culture, traditionally the festival will be dedicated to the Day of the city. It will take place from 15 to 18 September at venues Rostov Academic Drama Theater. Gorky and the Regional House of Folk Arts .
Opening the festival will be held on September 15 at 17.00 in the Rostov Academic Drama Theatre of Maxim Gorky. And on Sept. 14 at the Theater Square in a concert dedicated to the Day of the city, viewers will be able to see the performance of the European Jazz Orchestra "East- West" and the Big Bend Children's jazz school them . The concert will feature such great jazz orchestras such as the European Jazz Orchestra "East-West " under control Uwe Plata ( Dortmund, Germany) and Andrew Machneva (Rostov-on -Don, Russia ) , the Odessa Youth Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Nicholas Goloschapova ( Odessa, Ukraine) Jazz Orchestra " All-Star Calgary " by Igor Ukolov ( Calgary, Canada) Jazz Orchestra Concertgebouw running Henk Metgerta (Amsterdam, Netherlands ) ; virtualnyybig band under the control of Alex and Adam Kantsberga Teratsuyana (Israel - Russia ), Tel Aviv youth jazz orchestra under the direction of Gilad Ronen (Tel Aviv , Israel) , and the Moscow jazz orchestra under the direction of Igor Butman ( Moscow, Russia ) .
