This is a long term opportunity to work for a new home builder that builds with quality and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide in-home change and safety services to children, adolescents, and families
Assess for caregiver capacities as related to child safety and well-being
Maintain and carry out all scheduled appointments that are part of the safety plan
Utilize Motivational Interviewing, Wraparound, Collaborative Problem Solving, and other evidence-based practices
Provide a range of services including parent education, brief counseling, communication skills, home management, budgeting, stress reduction, stabilization of home environment, and other change or safety services
Looking for motivated individuals who take direction well
New home construction experience a definite asset
Site clean-up, general debris clean-up and other tasks as assigned
Must be able to work independently and as a team player
Must have own transportation and basic tools.
Must have:
Flexible with working hours
Have your own hand tools.
Have your own public liability insurance
Must be a hardworking enthusiastic individual
