Responsibilities:
Inspect areas within and around the properties on a regular basis to identify problems including litter, disrepair, health and safety concerns.
Respond to resident's requests for maintenance services, including replacing equipment, installing new locks, troubleshooting smoke detectors and other safety equipment.
Repair plumbing, CCTV and other systems as required.
Clear the parking area/front of house/garden of any litter and debris.
Provide gardening/minor landscaping services upon request.
Carry out property refurbishment including painting and decorating.
Provide gardening/minor landscaping services upon request.
Carry out property refurbishment including painting and decorating.
Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and other electrical.
Provide residents and staff with advice and guidance on maintaining their homes.
Must Have:
Flexible with working hours
Have your own hand tools.
Have your own public liability insurance
