Our Plumber staffs perform skilled work at the journeyman level in the repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, apparatuses, control equipment and piping equipment used in medical gases, lab gases, water supply, fire protection systems, and waste drainage systems throughout the hospital. Inspects and tests cross connection and backflow prevention systems in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Duties and responsibilities:
Implement & maintain predictive planned maintenance duties
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble existing mechanical equipment; install new equipment, gas lines, refrigerants lines, etc. retrofits, repairs
Responding to customers plumbing needs in emergencies
Complete work orders, deficiency reports, field quotations, estimates and daily time summaries in a timely fashion
Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
Perform routine maintenance and servicing
Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of plumbing/mechanical equipment related to the plumbing trade
Must Need:
Flexible with working hours
Have your own hand tools.
Have your own public liability insurance
Ability to organize work
Ability to operate related equipment
