Our Client based in Dublin 22 require a Business Analyst for an immediate start, for a 6 month contract
The Candiate would
•Provide the Site Operations Team with detailed insight into their manufacturing output, financial performance and key KPI’s
•Support the site Zero Loss activity to positively influence the cost per litre achievement
•Provide Line Manager support to the Site Administrator
You would be responsible for
•Ensure the Operational Site Teams have accurate financial data in relation to the Site performance against budget and forecast
•Holds periodic budget reviews with individual budget holders
•Ensure detailed financial analysis is carried out on a periodic basis.
•Ensure there is financial rigour in the Purchase to Pay process for the site
•Produce quarterly forecasts the annual site budget.
•Reconcile balance sheet accounts periodically.
•Provide period scorecard results and performance pack and present to Site Operations Team.
•Provide support and coaching to the Site Administrator role.
•Provide a link and contact for the site into the Finance function.
•Manage the Facilities Management service
You Must have
•Previous experience with an FMCG finance function is essential.
•Experience of working as a finance lead within a Site Senior Team.
•Numerate and articulate, able to communicate detailed reports to others.
•Full working knowledge of accounting principles and standards is essential.
•Proven experience in generating reports and sharing results when challenged.
•SAP or similar knowledge is essential
•Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel is essential
