We are currently looking for a General Handyman to assist with a variety of service project and installations at various sites. Duties and repairs will be in the scope of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Customer service and attention to detail are critical skills to ensure that projects are completed to Customer specifications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing general maintenance repairs and detailed painting will be the main focus
Perform preventative maintenance and repair work including but not limited to: Drywall repairs, detailed painting, ceiling and floor repairs, and tiling & glass repairs
Monitor inventory stock of equipment, parts and maintenance supplies
Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain good working practices including maintaining a clean and safe work area
Additional duties as assigned or required
Must Need:
Flexible with working hours
Have your own hand tools.
Have your own public liability insurance
