Handyfox is a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial and offices.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares area(s) to be painted by cleaning, or if necessary, scraping, sanding, patching and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc.
• Maintains inventory of paint, paint brushes, and other painting supplies in accordance with Management’s instructions
• Paints areas as instructed by maintenance supervisor or property manager, utilizing appropriate finishes and applications
• Puts remaining paint and supplies in proper location.
• May assist with special maintenance projects as needed
Core skills:
• Flexible with working hours
• Have your own hand tools.
• Have your own public liability insurance
• Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
• Attitude reflects leadership
• Must be organized eager to work and dependable
