I have nothing but praise for the quality of work and manner of Arthur and his entire crew behind him. they arrived at 7.45am and left when the jobs listed for the day were finished. The work was finished on budget, on time and with an exacting attention to detail and an excellent quality of finish. Any other issues that cropped up along the build were handled with ease and a willingness to problem solve that i found impressive. I can strongly and enthusiastically recommend Arthur.

When we first met Arthur through Tradesman.ie for a quote (a double extension on the rear of two semi detached houses) he reassured us of his capability to complete the job on time, in budget and quality of finish… During construction stages Arthur`s advice was very helpful… The extensions are now complete and we are delighted with the outcome. In June 2011 Arthur & his team completed a small kitchen extension, built a utility room & repaired water damage on bathroom walls, the job was complex because space was limited to extend, they also plasteredskimmed the house throughout & did all the tiling. Arthur offered great advice, was professional & helpful, his team have a wide range of expertise in all trades & the finish product was of a very high standard. His team were punctual,hard working & trustworthy and the price was competitive

We found Arthur to be a brilliant tradesman. He built a red brick wall for us. The materials were delivered 2 days prior to him starting. On day one, one of his workers dug out and poured foundations and on day two, Arthur and another guy built the wall. It was all done very efficiently and cleanly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arthur or in using him again.

In October 2009 Arthur and his crew completed a rear extension to our home . Arthur was helpful right from the very beginning offering great advice on our plans etc, Arthur and his crew worked extremely hard and were always on site at 7.30 am every day and did not leave until six in the evening. The plan regarding payment was over three stages and he never asked for deposits or money in advance and kept his word to the letter
They dug and laid foundations using laser technology for perfect floor levels Laid blocks, installed plumbing for central heating and electricity, built cathedral style tiled roof. Iinstalled velux windows,Installed double glazed windows, Installed double glazed french patio doors, Air ventilation,Pebble Dashing to match house,Plastering,Floor tiles,Cleared all waste. They did a very professional job and we were very pleased. We had very minor snags and all it took was a phone call and Arthur was over to rectify our snags immediately.
He and his crew were extremely reliable , diligent and hard working. And we would have no problem in highly recommending them .
