Such compliments Donatello has been accustomed to hear not only from Lithuania’s progressive house music fans, but also from international DJ guests. “Amounts of enthusiasm and uncontrollable energy exuding from his sets remind me about beginning of my own career. He has EVERY trait needed for a DJ. I mean - an impressive DJ” – claims UK producer Clive Henry (PEACE DIVISION), along whose side Donatello played in club EXIT (Kaunas, Lithuania). Donatello was hand picked to represent the best so far promoters’ agency in Lithuania - ATARI. And ATARI guys don’t joke around. During the past overcrowded months on clubbers’ agendas Donatello became an unofficial resident of the ATARI ORIGINAL nights in club Galaxy, Vilnius. One of the biggest Lithuanian venues was absolutely packed with over 1500 clubbers/ enthusiasts each and every time gagging for more from Booka Shade, Maceo Plex, John Digweed and others.. Donatello never gets an easy get away from the audience; hence he’s been very busy playing in Kaunas club EXIT (awarded as the best club of Lithuania twice). After a few years of professional diversity at the beginning of his DJ path, Donatello has perfected various burning mixtures of deep, tech-house and progressive. Together with Kastis Torrau and Arnas D, they beat out 1000 competitors from around the world to win the ‘Next Producer Star Competition’ organized by Beatport and Burn Studios. The result was a joint collaboration with legendary UK producer Sasha for his Last Night on Earth imprint, as well as a remix of his track ‘Cut Me Down’, which has amassed 5 million YouTube views and counting!
