Spring has arrived and we can get out to forage for food.
A salad from wild leaves is a great meal and very simple to do. In this video I use
dandelion,
dock,
cow parsley,
raspberry,
bramble / blackbery
hawberry leaves
picked wild and sorrell which we grow on the allotment to make the salad.
I also added a few potatoes grown on the allotment.
