Things are not always as they seem! Neil O'Brien, who will take to the stage for us next week with Nick Williams, has written an interesting article regarding the future of work and how perception can often blind us to the great opportunities before us.
To read Neil's interesting piece, click here and off you go.
Neil will also be master of ceremonies this Friday at the MS Ireland lunch and will introduce Enda Kenny as the key note speaker.
We'd like to take this opportunity to recognise the power of the symbolism and words used in the past week. Who'd have thought the Queen was such great craic and O'Bama is an Offaly hurling talent?! Seriously though, yesterdays gathering in College Green was powerful to attend and fair play to Taoiseach Kenny who probably delivered the speech of his career.
It has truly been a great week in Ireland for "Lasting insights from the finest minds", Horizon look forward to bringing you more in the weeks and months ahead.
This brings us to next Tuesday's event "Discover The Work You Were Born to Do".
During this evening talk Nick Williams, who travels the world teaching people to become "Inspired Entrepreneurs", will focus on how you can create your own work based on your unique strengths and talents. Neil O'Brien will join Nick to inspire, uplift and provide practical steps that can be taken immediately towards a more exciting and purposeful future.
A great evening for anyone looking to improve their work life.
