We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator who will assist day to day office routine. This is a full-Time role, 8:00am to 5:00pm based in Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13.

The Role
General reception phone duties;
Front door duties, including greeting customers;
Customer invoice processing.
Customer Service requirements including collecting and administering data;
Supplier invoice processing;
Stationary orders;
Filing data - electronic and paper;
Organising and tracking customer deliveries as required.


We are looking to identify candidates with strong communication and organisational skills in order to carry out the job requirements. Suitable candidate will have the following skills:

Experience of office administration would be an advantage
Computer literate
Organised and a strong attention to detail
Proactive
Disciplined
Honesty and Integrity is an essential
Languages: English and Lithuanian

Training will be provided.
Salary and conditions will be discussed according to the experience.
